Action Testing!!

I tested Wendyzine's new 365 Blog Action over the weekend, and I have to say, it's pretty cool! If you are doing the 365 challenge, this is the perfect action for posting a whole week's worth of photos at once! This action will be in her shop at Scrapbookgraphics soon. In the meantime, check out all of her other great actions, templates, and digital tools here. Thanks, Wendy, for letting me play with this!

New Layout!

November 17th was my adorable little great-niece's second birthday. Her home is in Atlanta, but my sister has thrown her a magnificent party here for the last two years. This year she had a "Wiggles" themed party. My sister went online and bought all sorts of things from ebay and carried them around in her car for weeks! LOL!! She also booked clowns and a magic act, and of course, someone was there in a Wiggles dog suit. All the kids had a great time, but Brooklyn wasn't very keen on the idea of having her face painted. She didn't like the feel of it on her face at all!

I used Fairy's Whisper by Queen of Scraps (Joyce Paul) available at Divine Digital. Tattered overlays by Shannon Fahrnbach. Elegant Word Art by Bethany.

Doghouse Blues

We have five dogs at our house, four of which are rescued dogs. Josie is one of the rescued ones. I was driving home from work one day, when I found her sitting in the middle of the road on the top of Buffalo Mountain. Someone had dropped her off up there. She's the only dog I have ever allowed to stay inside my house, and Saturday morning Danielle burst into my room wanting to know if I could fix her basketball warm up pants. Josie had chewed the whole zipper off one leg, plus torn a hole in her comforter she bought about three weeks ago. Fiberfill was all over her room! Needless to say, Danielle is still pretty upset at her. I haven't been able to find out if I can replace her pants. There's definitely no hope for fixing them!! LOL!! Gotta have a sense of humor when you have animals!!

I used Michelle Swadling's wonderful Abby Princess kit for this layout. It's available HERE at Divine Digital. Dymo alpha by Gunhild. FGTina font.
